Hi, I'm Marisa

I’m a trauma-informed spiritual life coach, certified energy practitioner, speaker, and best-selling author with a Master’s degree in psychology. I help elite athletes, partners, and teams navigate the emotional, energetic, and identity-level demands of high-performance living.

But my work didn’t start in a classroom. It started in real life—when I was married to a World Cup–winning rugby player whose career ended suddenly due to a traumatic head injury.

We weren’t just navigating physical recovery. We were navigating identity loss, emotional collapse, financial uncertainty, and the pressure to hold it all together. I saw firsthand how little support exists for the whole human behind the athlete—and for the women and families who carry just as much behind the scenes.

That experience led me on a deep personal journey of healing, purpose, and reinvention—and ultimately to create Reset to Rise: a coaching and energetic support experience that fills the gap between sports psychology and physical training.

My work blends:
